Personalize Your Forms (Select one option)

Personalize your forms by putting in your own branding or message on all your forms

Upload a custom image

Your custom logo will be displayed on all Forms. The image file should be in JPG format and will be proportionally resized to a height of 46 pixels. Uploading will replace your current custom image for all forms.

BULL Forms offers two different views to input information on your forms. Select the view you would like to use as your default view when generating forms below. Note you can easily switch between these views at the top of the screen when working on any particular form.

BULL Forms offers three different font colors to choose from. Please select below and click update to confirm your default color.

Signature Dating

Include an automatic date stamp along with all signatures when your users sign documents sent through the system. Dates always appear on the transaction log but can be enabled to appear below each signature.

Autofill all blank fields with an 'N/A' when form is printed, emailed or sent for E-Signature.
***Hint: Enter one space into a field if you do not want N/A to print.
